CPI-Electric does not share personal information with third parties for the sake of marketing purposes. All personal information collected (i.e.. phone number, e-mail address, mailing address) is expressly for the purpose of providing our customers with agreed upon services. We collect personal information through verbal submission, email, and caller ID.

Data collection: We only collect necessary contact information to communicate with you and provide you with the best customer service possible. This information is what you provide us as a point of contact.

Text messages: You may send or receive text messages from our crew as we work on your project. In doing so, you agree to the carriers’ terms and conditions. Standard rates apply.

Contact form: If you choose to contact us through our website’s Contact Form, you do so understanding you are providing us with your e-mail address. This will only be used to respond to your message.

Credit card payments: We are able to take payments via a credit card. The transaction is completed through QuickBooks software. We do not store any financial information unless expressly asked to keep it on file.

Minors: We will only communicate with customers over the age of 18. In providing any contact information, you affirm you are over 18 years of age.
